George Harrisons neuntes Studioalbum „Somewhere in England“, das im Juni 1981 bei Dark Horse Records erschien, enthielt den John-Lennon-Tributsong „All Those Years Ago“ (mit Hintergrundgesang von Paul und Linda McCartney und ihrem Wings-Bandkollegen Denny Laine). Der Großteil des Albums wurde gegen Ende 1980 aufgenommen und im folgenden Jahr fertiggestellt.
